Frequently asked questions

Yes, free shipping is available for orders over $75 USD in the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). If you need your order sooner, feel free to choose from our other paid shipping options.

For orders less than $75 we have a maximum shipping rate of $9.99.

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

We completely understand — sometimes minds change! At the moment, once an order is placed, we’re unable to alter or cancel it. As a small, craft-driven brand, each piece is prepared with care as soon as your order comes through. We do hope to offer a cancellation window in the future, and truly appreciate your understanding in the meantime.

At Almirah Stories, each piece is artisanal and limited in nature, so we’re unable to accept returns at this time. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to help you shop with confidence, and we’re always happy to answer any questions before you place an order.

We welcome requests for customized pieces whenever possible. Because our collections are handcrafted and often limited-edition, customization is subject to artisan capacity and material availability. Please reach out to us at help@almirahstories.com with your ideas, and our team will confirm feasibility, timelines, and any additional costs before you place your order.

We believe gifting is as much about presentation as the object itself. On request, we can provide custom gift wrapping, notes, and festive packaging to make your order special. For corporate or event gifting, please connect with us to explore bespoke options tailored to your occasion.
